Orders

We aim to send out your ready item/s within 48 hours / If you have ordered an preorder item/s, kindly note that it is a pre-order and the estimated arrival date as well as current status are as stated on the website under product details / Preorder items might be subjected to unexpected delays especially during this covid period so we strongly advise customers to order only if you are willing to wait / Once arrived, packed & dispatched from our warehouse you will receive another notification email stated "A shipment from order # is on its way" / In the event that the arriving soon item is cancelled, you will be notified via email and a refund will be made to you accordingly within 30 working days / If you have ordered both in-stock and arriving soon item in the same order, please note that we will dispatch your in-stock item/s within 48 hours / Your arriving soon item will be dispatched in a separate parcel.

Shipping

We ship worldwide / Shipping rates is calculated upon checkout / Shipping is fulfiled by Singapore Post / Once the order has been shipped, you will receive another notification email stated "Your order is on its way” / You can contact us at customers@mdscollections.com if you want to retrieve your tracking number / For extra shipping insurance, please contact us / Note, that we are unable to calculate or cover any local taxes or import duties that may apply depending on your location.

Returns

Starting from 1st April 2024, there will be a restocking fee of $2.50 per item for every item return.

If you wish to return or exchange an item(s), please email customers@mdscollections.com within 7 days of receiving your order / Items will not be accepted for return without pre-authorization / Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are adequately protected in transit / We strongly recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery and obtain proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit / Once returned you are entitled to receive an exchange or refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging / We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition / These terms do not apply to discounted items.
